Article 1 (Information Collected)
The Service collects the following information for registration and operation: email address, password (stored with bcrypt encryption), and nickname. Optional: nationality, country of residence, profile image. Photo files uploaded with reviews are collected. A locale cookie is automatically created for language settings.
Article 2 (Purpose of Collection)
Collected information is used for: member identification and verification, service provision and operation, review features, service improvement and analytics, delivering notices and responding to inquiries, and maintaining language preferences (cookie).
Article 3 (Retention Period)
Personal information is destroyed without delay after account deletion or when the purpose of collection is achieved, unless retention is required by applicable law. Records of contracts and withdrawal are kept for 5 years, and consumer complaint records for 3 years under Korean e-commerce law.
Article 4 (Third-Party Sharing and Processing)
Personal information is not shared with third parties in principle, except when required by law or lawful requests from authorities. The Service uses the following external providers: Vercel (hosting, USA), Neon (database, USA), Google AdSense (advertising, may use cookies). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
Article 5 (Data Destruction)
When personal information is no longer needed, it is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted using irreversible methods, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
Article 6 (Cookies and Automatically Collected Information)
The Service uses a locale cookie for language settings. When Google AdSense is active, additional cookies may be used for ad delivery. Users may reject cookies through browser settings, but some features may be limited.
Article 7 (International Data Transfer)
The Service uses servers located in the United States (Vercel, Neon). Personal information may be transferred internationally and is processed only within the purposes stated in this policy.
Article 8 (User Rights)
