Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the use of Muk-Talk (the "Service") and define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Service operator and users.

Article 2 (Registration and Eligibility)

Registration is established when a user agrees to these Terms and submits the registration form. Users under the age of 14 are not permitted to register. Members must keep their information up to date. Providing false information may result in service restrictions.

Article 3 (Service Use)

Members may use services such as writing and viewing product reviews, and barcode scanning. Members must not post content that defames others, causes discomfort, contains false information, or includes spam/advertising. The operator may delete inappropriate content without prior notice and may suspend or delete accounts for repeated violations.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright for reviews and photos created by members belongs to the members. The Service may use them within the scope of service operation. Intellectual property rights for the Service's logo, design, and software belong to the operator.

Article 5 (Service Changes and Termination)

The operator may modify or terminate all or part of the Service, with advance notice for significant changes. The Service is a free service operated by an individual, and no compensation is provided for service interruptions.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The operator is exempt from liability if the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures. Members are responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information they post, and the operator is not liable for any resulting damages.

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

In the event of a dispute regarding service use, both parties shall make efforts to resolve it through good faith consultation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea by the competent court.
